Maru Ahmedabad is an independent local discovery directory and search platform designed to connect consumers with genuine, physically present commercial establishments across Ahmedabad. Maru Ahmedabad is not an agent, reseller, contractor, or partner of any listed business. All commercial transactions, services rendered, restaurant bills, medical advice, or retail purchases are conducted strictly and directly between the consumer and the third-party business.

To access certain features, including saving listings, posting consumer reviews, or listing a commercial enterprise, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

Business owners who register their establishments on Maru Ahmedabad warrant that: (a) The business physically operates within the Ahmedabad metropolitan region; (b) All contact phone numbers, WhatsApp lines, addresses, and operating hours provided are accurate and active; (c) The business possesses all necessary municipal, GST, and regulatory licenses required under Gujarat state laws; (d) Listings must not promote illicit activities, deceptive financial schemes, or counterfeit products. Maru Ahmedabad reserves the absolute right to reject, unverify, suspend, or permanently delete any listing that violates these standards.

Consumer reviews reflect the firsthand, subjective experience of genuine customers. By posting a review, you agree that your comments will not contain defamatory, abusive, offensive, or racially discriminatory language. Posting fake reviews for payment, posting negative reviews to blackmail or extort competitors, or submitting automated bot reviews is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and legal action under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

When a user submits an enquiry to a business through the platform, the contact details provided are routed directly and securely to the authorized business owner. Users agree not to send spam, unsolicited promotional pitches, or malicious links through the business enquiry forms. Business owners agree not to sell or redistribute customer lead information to third-party telemarketers.

All platform design, branding, logos, software code, UI styling, and curated database taxonomies are the exclusive intellectual property of Maru Ahmedabad. Third-party brand names, business logos, and storefront images displayed in business profiles remain the property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized for identification and directory navigation purposes.

Maru Ahmedabad provides this platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While our editorial team makes diligent efforts to verify physical addresses, contact numbers, and operational status, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legal compliance of services offered by listed third-party businesses. Under no circumstances shall Maru Ahmedabad be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your interaction with any listed business.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
